Frequently Asked Questions about Live Music Events

Do you provide your own sound and lighting equipment?

Yes. We arrive with professional-grade sound and stage lighting to ensure your event sounds and looks incredible. We also coordinate with your venue’s team to ensure a seamless setup.

Can you act as the Emcee for our event?

Absolutely. We are happy to handle all necessary announcements, including guest introductions, event transitions, and agenda updates, keeping your timeline on track and your guests informed.

How do you handle song requests?

We love your input! Our planning worksheet includes space for your "must-play" and "do-not-play" songs. If there is a special song (like a first dance) that isn't in our repertoire, let us know—we are happy to learn it for your big day.

Are you able to perform at ceremonies and cocktail hours as well?

Yes. We offer flexible configurations, from soloists and intimate acoustic duos for ceremonies to full bands for the dance floor. We can provide a cohesive musical experience throughout your entire event.

How far in advance should we book?

Popular dates can book up to 12–18 months in advance. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue secured to ensure your date is held for you.
